Our 25th Anniversary!

American Panel Tec has reached a true milestone in that 2014 is our 25th year in business. Beginning in 1989, we have fabricated over 12 million square feet of light gauge load bearing walls panels and metal trusses. Since our inception, our goal has been to provide the construction industry with the best design, and fabrication service available for all types of jobs. Today, under the leadership of John Lanzilotta, owner and President, our services now extend to installation of panels, trusses, and floor systems, for a true turn-key approach to structures. Our client list includes some of the most discerning and notable builders and developers in the nation, and we look forward to the next 25 years of service to the industry.






American Panel Tec is going to college!

Turner Construction Company, one of the largest global builders, has chosen American Panel Tec to furnish and install the structural systems for the next two buildings at The College of New Jersey. Turner Construction and American Panel Tec teamed up to build the first seven buildings at TCNJ already. APT will be providing and erecting the load bearing wall panels, Hambro floor system, concrete, and the metal roof trusses.





Wyandanch Village

For many years, the Wyandanch area was known as one of the most economically distressed areas on Long Island. Through thoughtful planning by The Albanese Corporation, along with members of the local community, a gentrification plan was formulated, and now is being implemented called Wyandanch Rising. This $500 million mixed use revitalization will include parks, shops, restaurants, and residential units. American panel Tec recently completed building 2, a mixed use five story apartment and retail building, located steps from the Long Island Railroad. APT’s scope was to furnish and install the load bearing wall panels, Ecospan floor system, and roof system for the building. The location near the LIRR made the job especially difficult as the location of the crane for erection required that power be discontinued to the rail service.






The Vue

Located in Hackensack, New Jersey, The Vue, is Hackensack’s new premier apartment property. Developed by Petrone Building Corporation, this high amenity building is within walking distance to nearby restaurants and shopping, and has easy access to the Lincoln Tunnel and the Goerge Washington Bridge. American Panel Tec is furnishing and installing the entire structure for this job, including the load bearing wall panels, Ecospan floor system, concrete, and the bar joist and metal deck roof.






Broadstone River's Bend Apartments

Located within walking distance to the main campus of Rutgers University and downtown New Brunswick, this eight story 410,000 square foot luxury apartment building will be a tremendous addition to the local community. APT, working for Pavarini- McGovern General Contractors of New York City, will be fabricating and erecting the load bearing wall panels, supporting a hambro floor system for this exciting project.






Harbor Square

American Panel Tec is proud to continue its long history with the Ginsburg Development Company. Perched directly on the Hudson River, in Ossining NY, Harbor Square will have amenities similar to a resort. The building consists of 188 units, located on seven floors. APT is fabricating all of the load bearing wall panels supporting an Ecospan floor system, covering over 230,000 square feet of floor area.






River Tides

American Panel Tec was selected to fabricate the load bearing panels for this exciting project, developed by Ginsburg Development Corporation and located in Yonkers New York. This resort style community boasts 330 luxury rental units overlooking the Hudson River. The building is in excess of half a million square feet, and is within walking distance of the Metro North railroad.






Port Imperial - Building 13

Few buildings will ever claim the views of this building situated directly on the Hudson River overlooking New York's skyline. Being constructed by Belle Construction, APT is fabricating and installing the load bearing wall panels supporting a precast plank floor system. The job consists of seven levels of luxury apartments over three levels of private parking, with a total square footage of 170,000 square feet.






1200 Clinton Street

Fields Development and Construction has chosen American Panel Tec to provide the structure for 1200 Clinton Street in Hoboken New Jersey. The project will include beautiful high end luxury apartments, and the site will encompass an entire city block. American Panel Tec will be furnishing and installing the load bearing wall panels, Ecospan floor system, concrete, and the bar joist and metal deck roof system.






88 Grand Street

Woodruff Developers has selected American Panel Tec to provide the structure for 88 Grand Street in Elizabeth New Jersey. The job will consist of the furnishing and installation of the load bearing wall panels, Hambro floor system, concrete, and Alpine metal roof trusses. Within walking distance of shopping, and the New Jersey Transit, make this one of Elizabeth’s most desirable new properties.
