Project Details

This hotel is unique. Located on the Hudson River overlooking the West Side of Manhattan. The project is seven stories of hotel space and atop of a parking garage.

Hilton Garden Inn

Nanuet, New York

Project Details

Located in the New York suburb of Nanuet, the hotel is five stories of hotel space with a pool located on the first floor level. American Panel Tec furnished and installed all of the load bearing wall panels, as well as the metal roof trusses.

Madison Beach Hotel

Madison, Connecticut

Project Details

Located in an upscale community in Connecticut, this unique hotel has light gauge load bearing wall panels by American Panel Tec. Installation was provided by Premier HSFC, Inc. of Hamilton, New Jersey. Ecospan composite floor system was used at the transfer deck above the underground parking garage.

Hampton Inn

Staten Island, New York

Project Details

This project consisted of six levels of load bearing wall panels and mansard frames at the roof level. American Panel Tec furnished both the load bearing wall panels and the mansard framing at the roof.
